ClimateProphecy.com is operated by One Tiny Mustard Seed (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on this site, why, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

Seat reservations. When you reserve a seat we ask for your name, email address, and the number of seats. You may also give us a phone number, ZIP code, which days you plan to attend, dinner and children’s-program headcounts, and how you heard about the event. We also record the event you registered for, the page you came from, and any campaign codes in the link you used (for example, that you scanned the postcard).

Other forms. The “Keep me posted”, waitlist, and hosting-inquiry forms collect the details you type into them.

Technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To confirm your reservation and send you the schedule, directions, reminders, and any changes.
• To plan seating, meals, and the children’s program with the host church.
• To tell you about future seminars, replays, and resources from One Tiny Mustard Seed. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link in any message.
• To understand which invitations worked (for example, postcards versus posters) so we can plan future events.

Who we share it with

The host church. Your reservation details are shared with the church hosting the event you register for, so they can welcome you, plan hospitality, and follow up with you afterward. The host church for each event is named on the Events page and in the reservation form.

Service providers. We use a web host, an email delivery service, and an email list service (FluentCRM, run by One Tiny Mustard Seed on onetinymustardseed.com) to run this site and send messages. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to count visits and see which pages and invitations are useful. It records the pages you view, your approximate city, your device type and how you arrived, using Google cookies. It never receives your name or email address. You can block it with any tracker blocker or your browser’s privacy settings. Otherwise this site uses only the cookies needed to run it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email OTMSproductions@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Children’s-program headcounts are collected from a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
